Complete Flooring Installation Team

Heather is a shareholder, daughter of John Sharpe, and CFO of Complete Flooring Installation.  She has been working for Complete Flooring Installation since 2001. She now leads the accounting department.

Sarah is a shareholder, daughter of John Sharpe, and CEO of Complete Flooring Installation. In addition to managing current projects, Sarah is responsible for both long-term decision making and day-to-day operations for Complete Flooring Installation.                                                                                                                                                                 

John was the original visionary of Complete Flooring Installation and has been in the flooring industry for almost 40 years. Working hard to provide for his wife and daughters, he spent much of his time traveling to complete his tiling jobs. As time went on he was able to grow his business to the success it is today.

Laurie has been working for Complete Flooring Installation since 2004. She is an integral part of Complete Flooring. She is involved with all departments and all jobs.

Jim brought a plethora of knowledge and experience with him when he joined Complete Flooring Installation as an installer in 2001. He has over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry and now serves as a Project Manager and our Field Supervisor.

Jackie has been working for Complete Flooring for over a decade. Starting as an entry level estimator she has worked hard to masterfully perfect her craft with estimating.

Brian began working for Complete Flooring in 2017 as our Logistics Coordinator. He now works as a Project Manager and Estimator.
